“We went on a tour with the owner, Gary Wine. Many of the employees showed us how they manufacture tools & use the hi-low. We saw them engrave a name onto a tool of theirs and how they personalize the colors for their customers. They are doing really cool things.”

The service exceeded my expectations. Pleasant courteous service from people who seem to like to work there. A reasonable price and a great result. I dropped it off and picked it up a week later. “Easy to navigate and the hardware is beautiful but I can never find a true replacement for the unique hardware in my old Hawaiian plantation house. I wish there was live chat.I need help and I’d like to send a picture of what I currently have but can’t see how.I loved this place for my new build that I patterned after an old Victorian home but a real old house has different challenges.”
