“I needed a new microwave, ours went Bye Bye. I did everything on line. Called our local Lowe's aand talked to a nice lady named Tanya. I wanted a certain G.E. Model and they had it in stock. This saved me from running around town. She was very knowledgable and so I purchased it on line. The next day it was delivered by Fed Express. Free shipping came with the deal. I know Lowe's gets a bad rap sometimes but I couldn't be happier. They went beyond my expectations. Thank You Lowe's and Tanya!!!!”
