“I have been a Bank’s customer for 20 years and have always had great service. In 2003, upon their recommendation, we purchased out first vacuum from them. It was a bit more than we had intended to spend, but we trusted their expertise. Over the years, we have had to periodically take it in for service, but it is still going strong! “I bought two big potted inpatients for my very shaded porch and one is not doing well compared to the other. Both were watered on Friday and today, one is very wilty looking. The price was so much cheaper than English Gardens which thr same planter was priced at $52.99 So of course, Home Depot was way less expensive at $18.99. However, if one plant dies, well them it won't be quite as inexpensive.”

“I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the customer service at the Chets rental in Rochester Hills Michigan. I am disabled I had 220 pound propane tanks needed to be filled no sooner than I pulled around to the filling station. David was there to greet me and pull out the tanks himself to begin the filling process. If that wasn’t wonderful enough out of the rental office came Kevin, who saw that I was using a walker and offered to expedite payment saving me the walk into the office and back to my car. David also reloaded my tanks and made sure they were soundly secure for my drive home. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate going to a business establishment with people who really care and put the customers needs on a higher level. Thank you David and Kevin. She was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, helpful, and patient through the design and selection process. “In Regards To Store Manager Josh, Located In Fort Wayne, IN:I purchased a Danby microwave on 10/10/22. At the time of purchase, I also bought a 2 year extended warranty.Last month, the plastic on my keypad began bubbling. I contacted Danby through their website regarding the issue.Over 3 days and 7 e-mails with Danby, I had received no resolution to my issue. More importantly, I had discovered interesting information regarding their warranties on microwaves.I was informed by Danby that warranties on microwaves cover parts only, and not service repairs.In the interest of transparency and information for consumers, I contacted ABC Warehouse and requested to speak with the Store Manager. I was placed on hold, and a few minutes later, Josh answered. I explained who I was, my previous purchase on 10/10/22, Danby's microwave warranty specifics, and my recent disappointing experience with Danby's Customer Service.Josh stated that he was not aware of Danby's microwave warranty specifics, and thanked me for the information. Then, Josh performed a stellar act of customer service.Josh made arrangements for me to bring my microwave in for a replacement.Danby can learn from Josh, for Josh exemplifies the epitome of customer service.”

I recently learned from one of my customers that my political views and those had by home depot may not align. I am so confused? Is it ok to still get my materials from here? And what about those wiener stands?, is they're meat even kosher or vegan or bpa free and should I care? also i'm not sure why the relish glows in the dark but golly is it good!!Drywall cost has remained markedly stable and 2x4's are still slightly smaller than advertised!”

“Review from a Gardner: I get most of my standard pots, soil, and fertilizer here--prices are very inexpensive and they have lot's of specific quality brands for things like cactus soil and root hormone. But if I want specialty or decorative pots, I go to one of the nearby local garden centers as they don't carry much variety like that here. I also do NOT get plants here, I've seen mites and gnats hanging on them. Home Depot is not primarily a garden store so they probably don't have someone dedicated to keeping their plants healthy. Outside of gardening, the store has great pricing on grilling goods and whatnot. I recently loaded up on a bunch of moving boxes, bubble wrap, etc. and it was about $40.”

Here's why: Today, I was in need of a garbage disposal, (Initially dealt with another major supply store, but sadly, due to several weeks of ongoing issues with miscommunication and lack of inventory, given reassurances and awaiting phone calls to fix the matter, I decided to get a refund and take my business elsewhere.) Hence, searched online, picked out a Badger 5 / 1/2 HP product to purchase.Contacted Home Depot Rochester Hills service desk, spoke to Mike K, who connected me with Beth (Plumbing/Kitchen Dept.)Beth not only helped me locate my requested product, she also pulled another comparable product to allow me a secondary choice along with product pricing, she immediately set up a Home Depot service person to contact me for my garbage disposal installation, and was able to pay for it right over the phone.She reassured me, that she would pull both disposals, set them on a counter, and instructed me to go directly to Kitchen department for pick-up.To my surprise, approximately, 30 minutes later, the Home depot serviceman called me, set up an appointment to install my garbage disposal, today.Mind you, I was just getting my shoes on to pick- up the disposal.Of course, I made an appointment as soon as I was able to pick up the disposal.Beth kept her word, when I arrived at the store, that's exactly where I found the disposals setting; at the Kitchen counter showroom. No time to waste, the Badger 5 unit was my choice, so, I proceeded to walk to the service desk where a very nice cashier, quickly assisted me on my purchase.Finally, got home and to my amazement, my husband was waiting at the door, laughingly, grabbed it from me, to hand to the serviceman Stanley, who was there in the kitchen ready to install.Wow!He had actually already removed the old disposal and awaited the new one, in the time that I was coming home from the store.Wow! Home Depot and their serviceman were totally on the ball today! My husband and I are very satisfied customers, impressed with Home Depot's fast and excellent service, and highly recommend anyone searching for great service to go to Home Depot in Rochester Hills.Thank-you Home Depot employees: Mike K, Beth, Stanley the serviceman, and all others who assisted me and provided OUTSTANDING service.”
