“I had an issue with a very old computer that needed fixing. In the past, I already had a very good experience with Computer Repair, so I went to them a second time. The face light of my computer burned out while they were scanning it for me, not their fault. It wasn't worth fixing, just too old. I bought a refurbished really good computer from them at a reasonable price. I've had the computer for a few months and am delighted with it. I highly recommend Tech City to anyone in need of computer repair or interested in purchase of another computer.”

“In general I really like shopping at Target stores. This particular location all of the employees working have always been very helpful. The cashiers are usually very pleasant. If you use their self check out their customer service people also always are helpful and normally go above and beyond. I've purchased starbucks at this location quite a few times as well. The employees behind the Starbucks counter are also very friendly. I often place orders for Drive-Up pick up. Usually my order is ready for pick up under the 2 hour time given. Majority of the time all of my items are given accurately. There have only been two occasions that I can think of where one item was missing an another item had been wrong. However I just let them know and they immediately fixed that for me. I love the atmosphere of Target stores in general. This particular location always seems pretty clean and well kept.”

“I’ve bought from Ken at the Farmington Hills location for years, and as an electrical contractor, there is no better resource. There isn’t an electrical component he hasn’t seen, and trust me he’s been tested with items from the 1950s and even earlier. There hasn’t been an item he couldn’t get for me, and he is the most dedicated “salesman” I’ve ever worked with. Ken is literally the best in the business and has saved me on so many occasions. Of course he sells a full line of new as well. Old school supply house personality that will get the job done however he has to. Thanks for all the help for all these years Ken.”

“In Regards To Store Manager Josh, Located In Fort Wayne, IN:I purchased a Danby microwave on 10/10/22. At the time of purchase, I also bought a 2 year extended warranty.Last month, the plastic on my keypad began bubbling. I contacted Danby through their website regarding the issue.Over 3 days and 7 e-mails with Danby, I had received no resolution to my issue. More importantly, I had discovered interesting information regarding their warranties on microwaves.I was informed by Danby that warranties on microwaves cover parts only, and not service repairs.In the interest of transparency and information for consumers, I contacted ABC Warehouse and requested to speak with the Store Manager. I was placed on hold, and a few minutes later, Josh answered. I explained who I was, my previous purchase on 10/10/22, Danby's microwave warranty specifics, and my recent disappointing experience with Danby's Customer Service.Josh stated that he was not aware of Danby's microwave warranty specifics, and thanked me for the information. Then, Josh performed a stellar act of customer service.Josh made arrangements for me to bring my microwave in for a replacement.Danby can learn from Josh, for Josh exemplifies the epitome of customer service.”

But today is 7-Eleven! Free slurpees until 19:00! (7pm). No gimmicks, no costumes, no purchase necessary! It's just a celebration of a great way too cool off in the hot summer! So what are you waiting for? Get out to a participating location before they run out of promotional cups! BRAIN FREEZE! On a side note, their hot food is not exactly gourmet, but it offers pretty good value and will do in a pinch. Their main MO is snacks to go, stuff that's loaded with preservatives and salt. “The drive up experience was perfect! I placed my order online and realized I forgot something. There was a button that actually said “Forget something?” So I placed a second order for the item I forgot, and Target told me online that I’d be getting both orders at pickup. When I let Target know via the link in their email that I was on my way, and then checked in when I got there, it told me that I had 2 orders coming out. Great communication! The young man who brought out the orders was very friendly and pleasant, too. An all around great experience that I will be doing again!”

“I bought a Lumin unit for streaming in my two channel set up and a B&W subwoofer for my home theater. Their showroom and lines are fantastic (very unusual nowadays, since high end two channel equipment costs so much and has a very limited audience), and the manager, Bill Caffey is a very knowledgeable and reliable person. The owner, David Kassab is the best! I hired a van and ladder company to set up my home theater who completely screwed up everything, and David came to my house at no charge to me, spent two hours fixing their mess, and now the home theater sounds as good as I could've hoped for. Try and find service like that anywhere else nowadays.”
