“Had my dogs yearly apt with Dr . Kathy Eckler this week and I was very pleased with her service and care! The whole team there was wonderful and made me feel at ease. I have a difficult dog but she took her time to make sure he was at ease. I was very happy with how the whole appt went and I felt at ease too as well as my pet.”

“I never would have expected to find the BEST vet for cats in this area, yet here it is! RBCC is truly the best of the best. We brought our cat Gravy here to be neutered and treated for ear mites. We also have two younger kittens who needed medication for worms and mites. They worked within our budget to give us the most possible for Gravy and his friends back at home. ?‍⬛The care here is top notch, the environment is warm and welcoming, staff all remember you and keep it so professional. There are also resident cats that were there to greet us. We loved them! I truly cannot sing enough praise about this place. If you want to find the best care for your cat, do not look anywhere else. This is THE place.”

“Was my new vet and I liked it there. Unfortunately they have instituted a policy of requiring new clients call and provide a credit card over the phone to confirm an appointment. While I understand that no shows cost them money I think requiring a deposit is wise there is NO legitimate excuse for not providing a secure pay portal on their appointment page. It is a simple matter of adding a link to a pay portal (they said their software does not allow for the addition of a pay portal ON their page....I used to design web pages and 1) I've never heard of a commercial site that cannot put in the portal but, ok, if they can't 2) they CAN put in links so just link to PayPal or other pay portal. I hope this new policy doesn't come back to bite them (no pun intended) as a wise person will not be giving ANYONE their credit card info in an unsecured manner and over the phone is about as unsecure as you can get.”
