Worst insurance company possible.. rudest receptionist I've ever dealt with,, nothing but inaccurate information and billing plus 4 hours of being put on hold in 3 months is quite ridiculous..

They are very friendly people. They are excellent on working with their customers. Never had any bad experience with State Farm. I would highly recommend them for insurance.

Too many issues to collectively put into a review. I still receive calls regarding other family members policies and have discontinued business with the agent due to incompetence. Switched to a competitor in the area and now receive efficiency and a cheaper rate than Elizabeth Fortino’s agency.
