They kept raising my monthly statement from $35-$69 which made no sense and noone could explain to me why?!!

So their customer service needs work, They non stop try to market to you if you call them ever however, their connection is flawless. I get 500mbps download, 100 upload, and I rarely have issues.

Customer service is horrid, finding someone to talk to, that you can understand is very hard, than you get done explaining your problem, they put you on hold and another rep comes on, wanting the past 30 minutes explained again. Service is good, too bad they have not discovered how to treat customers.
