Not real proud of this branch or any to be honest but this Perry st location in Pontiac is especially standoffish and the tellers are cold and almost treat us as if it's our first time in the door.Been sent to other branches for services as well.Just not a good fit

The absolute best customer service of any branch I've ever visited! Been a PNC (National City) customer for 18 years. Have been inside numerous times and have always had a positive experience. Knowledgeable, efficient and personable staff.
