The security officer was very pleasant and my experience today was great. Cecilia was the teller and she could have been a little nicer and more professional. I was in line and I felt like she was waiting for me to speak to her.

I don't come into branches often but I had the easiest and most pleasant experience coming to chase bank the other day. Not only were the employees warm and welcoming but the questions I had and my deposit were addressed extremely quickly. It was one of the few painless experiences I've ever had going to the bank.
