They have always handled all of my oil, changes, tire, rotations, and any other thing that is causing trouble in our cars outside of warranty. They have never let us down. And we have probably put dozens of cars through their service, due to the fact that I have a very large family. They are always polite. They are absolutely our go to for handling our cars.”
“I usually don't write reviews but in this case I am compelled. If you need some work done I'd recommend Jurgen without giving a second thought. He is honest and does the job right. I know more recommendations like these mean that I will have to wait longer to get service but I'd be happy for him to get the business.I just bought a used 2017 Mazda CX 5 and a couple of weeks later the bolt for the serpentine belt tensioner broke instead the engine block. I took it to one mechanic who kept it a week but because the location was not very accessible couldn't do the job.I took it to Jurgen and he told me that he was backed up for two week and couldn't start. I appreciated the transparency. When he got to it he fixed in a day. He also doesn't charge you an arm and a leg for his services that many other do.”
