“Dave was awesome to work with. We had some transmission issues that were under warranty and he took the time to work with Ford to get the work approved. The parts were on backorder and he kept in touch with us while they were waiting for them. After that, it was decided the engine was damaged as well, and he worked with Ford again to get that fixed. Great place to do business with and it was appreciated how much they cared. I'd use them for any future service and consider buying a car there as well.”
“I honestly have no idea how this place has a 3.9 rating. I had the best experience. Marty and his team are so thoughtful. I got a flat tire. They personally came and got my tire replaced it and drove back to put the tire back on my car. Simple acts of kindness like this make people come back. I’ve had the same car guy for 15 years.. But I will be going to Pilgrim from here on out. Steve was great. As I was in the building, he was looking up other parts that I do need for my car. They walked me through every step that they did. “Stopped in the store with my tire sensor monitor acting goofy. The gentleman there was super helpful. With a few turns of the key and his handy dandy scanner, he retrained all the sensors in my tires. I was on my way home back to Toledo.
