“I honestly have no idea how this place has a 3.9 rating. I had the best experience. Marty and his team are so thoughtful. I got a flat tire. They personally came and got my tire replaced it and drove back to put the tire back on my car. Simple acts of kindness like this make people come back. I’ve had the same car guy for 15 years.. But I will be going to Pilgrim from here on out. Steve was great. As I was in the building, he was looking up other parts that I do need for my car. They walked me through every step that they did.
