I've had oil changes around Livonia, Michigan, and out-of-state, this team is definitely the fastest and gets you in and out quickly. I've waited in line for over a half hour, and for some, service times taking almost an hour, with the same number of people on staff at other places. Brian is very knowledgeable and caught that the other shops had been putting the wrong oil in my vehicle. Performance is now much better. “I was having trouble with the dealership getting my extended warranty company to replace my transmission, I brought my van down to Jon and he got the approval for a new transmission in no time. I've had to get a few vehicle inspections for Uber and Pete took care of me for those. He pointed out a few things that I might need to keep an eye on but didn't try to scare me into getting the work done Right now. “Bout a 2 hr unload. Fairly easy to back in. Sometimes it gets a lil crowded with trucks waiting for doors. Once in a door less than an hr to get unloaded and bol back in hand. No lights outside. so pay attention for when they smack the inside of ur trailer.”
