“Needed an Oil Change Fast and went to A & J's and they took me right away. I have to agree that they are more expensive than most but when they took extra time to secure my front hood that was damaged by a deer accident because..." I would not feel right having you drive off with the hood like this"....I became a customer for life right then and there. Not something they NEEDED to do and I did not expect them to do it. THEY DID IT ANYWAYS...because they have a SERVICE Mentality. I am in a service industry myself and will may more when I get better service. Thank you for going the extra mile today.”
“The guys at Big Rays are always so helpful, fast and efficient. They get me in and out in a timely fashion and they’re always so nice and don’t make me feel bad or dumb about my car. As a woman who does a lot of her own car work I really appreciate that.
