“Needed an Oil Change Fast and went to A & J's and they took me right away. I have to agree that they are more expensive than most but when they took extra time to secure my front hood that was damaged by a deer accident because..." I would not feel right having you drive off with the hood like this"....I became a customer for life right then and there. Not something they NEEDED to do and I did not expect them to do it. They were able to look at our car the next day and it was not good news. But, they did this for free. They are such a great auto shop and so honest!”

The owner is actually the one who worked on my car, very polite and professional. Actually pulled me in the garage to explain what was being worked on. I felt welcome as soon as I walked through the door. The young woman who was running the computer was very helpful and kind as well. I am a woman in my 20’s, and it’s easy to get screwed by mechanics. I didn’t feel taken advantage of here at all. It’s an honest shop that I can trust.
