“It is very uncommon to find a repair shop that takes the time to listen to you and your needs. When we had trouble with my daughter’s transmission and called around to find a shop I was fortunately able to talk to Alex. He was very professional and I felt he was truly concerned about my daughter and her vehicle. When I told him that she was broken down his first questions were is she in a safe place and do you need me to send somebody to pick her up. I was blown away that he was more concerned about my daughter and her safety than he was about just getting the job. Once we had the car brought in he made sure to keep me updated throughout the repair process and he gave me options and explained the benefits that came with each of those options. Since the repairs my daughter’s car has been running great and shifting better than it ever has. I was also happy to learn that they do more than just transmission repairs and can take care of all of our families automotive repair needs. When I picked up the vehicle he told me that if there were ever a problem with my vehicle or service at his shop let him know so he could make things right.
