I needed help with some forms for my business account and he did everything he could to make sure I was taken care of even though I came in 15 minutes before they closed for the day. He faxed my forms to the corporate office for me and told me next steps to take and said to call him if I had any issues. He was fantastic!I only gave 4 stars because I called the branch 10 times trying to speak with someone and no one ever answered my call. I arrived there only to find out there were no notaries on staff at that location and I had to drive another 20 minutes to the next location for that service.”
