These guys always figure out the issue and will always give you an honest report. “There was a miscommunication regarding my initial appointment, which was super annoying because I drove all the way there thinking my appointment was confirmed, but they never called to let me know that they canceled my appointment due to the wheels I ordered not showing up. After they'd been delivered, they made me an appointment the following week. The wheels I ordered were for my A4, they were gloss black, so the guys were really careful not to scratch them up or drop them or anything. They even went to the store to go get a different key for my lugs so they didn't scratch up the area around the lugs when they were putting them on. I was there for a pretty long time, probably about 3 hours, but they look exactly how I want them to, so I guess you can't rush perfection.”

“Came in on a Friday afternoon to get a quote for a new exhaust system. Mark gave me two quotes depending on what was needed and both were reasonable to me. Although he couldn't work on it that Friday told me to come in when they open because their spots fill up quick...9am might be too late. I got there when they opened at 8am on Saturday, Mark told me he would call after they looked at it to give me a more accurate quote and fortunately for me it was the lesser of the two, I gave him the go ahead at 9am and he called me back at 10:30am telling me the car was done. Everything looked good and my car was quiet once again! Mark was honest, professional and to the point, he could've said I needed more than what I did and charged more. They also did an inspection on the vehicle letting me know of any other issues that may need to be taken care of in the future. Overall very pleased with my experience! Thank you!”
