One day my car would not start when we were heading back home. Even though he was on his break, Andre answered his phone and told me he would be back as soon as possible to help me. “If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I've never experienced such "TOP NOTCH" customer service, as I received at this place. My salesperson Harry Bennett is the BEST!!! He helped me when I thought no one could. He showed me compassion regarding my situation of having to rebuild my credit, and put me in a car that is beyond beautiful. The entire staff were very friendly and professional. They make you feel like family, and they treated my 10 year old son with love. “We bought a 2016 Toyota Camry from Ray at Metallic Auto. He was very nice and answered all of our questions. The car runs great and we haven't had any problems with it yet. The car also has a rebuilt title, and it has been great. Ray got our license plate for us also, so no trip to the secretary of state :-)The "lot" is in a mini mall type of area with the cars in a warehouse, so if you are looking for a car lot, you get confused when you drive in.UPDATE: 2021 and the car has 96,000 miles on it and is still running great with no problems.”

“Came back from a trip ready to buy tires for my vehicle and found the air suspension had failed. Took it to my usual dealer and he told me two weeks to look at it. Went down the road to Dick Scott and even though they were busy they said bring it in tomorrow. Diagnosed it that day and ordered parts- let me take it home that night so I wouldn't be with out transportation. Service Professional Jesse Kasenow not only got me in first thing the next day but also gave be a great deal on tires. I had bought most of my tires at Belle or Discount never realizing this Dealer would match the price and offered Chrysler Care to back it up.Never had a Dealer make accommodations to make my service so seamless- Drivers took me home and picked me up, right on time. Service Professional went out of his way to keep me informed on the progress. Great price and QUALITY repair. Had my horror stories with Land Rover and Chevy but totally outclassed by this establishment. Thank you Jesse and the whole Team at Dick Scott!”
