I called and spoke to Maureen about my problem. She had me come in and right away took me in and got everything written up and a shuttle to get me home. This is a cool dealership. It was a low threat environment, not too much pressure. Special shout out to Jordan who helped me through the process and the manager Ken who was diligent in his competitive pricing. Jordan was patient and answered EVERY (repetitive) question I had.
