The staff here is very knowledgeable and accommodating to my circumstances. Manager, Dabiante Fowlkes was kind and even though they were busy, got me and two other customers out the door quickly. Had to rent several vehicles over a two month period after that. Took care of me each time.

Dabiante was outstanding excellent customer service a true asset to Hertz! He gave us a comp suv upgrade and made the rental process painless and enjoyable. He answered all of our questions and made sure we were satisfied with our rental.

From my personal experience, the hertz Novi has provided me the best service with flexibility of choosing, availability of different type of vehicles. Especially, the service provided by Dabiante at the reception desk was phenomenal, very helpful in answering all my questions & Cooperative.
