Thought I was paying 19.99 for the entire rental... turns out that it was 19.99 a DAY! Would never have bought it as insurance was paying for rental. 480 dollars! Corporate is getting a call and should coach their employees on effective communication. Wouldn’t recommend

Old management was not great. Brad is there now, extremely helpful and took care of everything. No issues, smooth return, good w/ his communication and explained everything thoroughly. First time I've given any review to Enterprise, typically I get mundane or below average service... Brad was on top of his game for my case!

Reserved a 7 passenger vehicle with a confirmation - made plans , only to be told sorry A reservation and confirmation do not guarantee a vehicle for you. No heads up no warning we just showed up to pick up our vehicle and were told there was no vehicle. Poor poor customer service at this location
