I have been with Henry Ford health for almost a year and have found every interaction/appointment to be great. The staff is universally client centered and effective. I would recommend Henry Ford to everyone without hesitation. It is a patient centered, effective health care system.

I love the Henry Ford Health System. It is very sad when your primary and Children Dr retire to find a new cause they become like family. I follow my doctors were ever they go I trust them so much. I appreciate when other doctors fill in for your primary not to change what works for you. When they try and reinvent the wheel it could have catastrophic results. Catherine Evangelista Hagin NP. is one I have followed and have been blessed to be my Dr. for many years. over 14 years. The trust I have in her for these years have keep me planted. I appreciate all that she has done for me and continue to do for me. Even if it's just listen to me.

I feel like no one in this hospital system actually wants to help people. Everyone I've interacted with very disassociated and all they do is throw up road blocks. This is not how healthcare should work.

I do not recommend! I had an appointment today with Doctor Ibrahim, Mostafa. He was so rude! I was in tears! He kept interrupting me and would not let me tell him my symptoms or why I was even there! I will definitely not being returning!

I scheduled a normal doctor's visit on Apr 1, 2024 for my lower abdominal pain at Henry Ford Columbus (12 mile, Novi, MI), and on Apr 1, I received a call from them, letting me know that the doctor called in that day, I was put in for "same day clinic" instead, I specifically asked if I need an ultrasound that they will be able to do it. I was told yes, that was why I still went to the appointment. At the appointment I was told "same day clinic" has limited things they can do, so she couldn't order me an ultrasound. It totally missed the point of the visit, I had to arrange a different appointment to order the ultrasound and procedures. But of course I was billed for the service I didn't agreed to.
Few points from a patient who pays a good premium for Henry Ford health care plan, 1. Have doctors actually care about and commit to patients, having patients know on the day of the appointment that they "called in"?? and don't have a plan for the patient shouldn't be the way to go. 2. Train staff so that they can answer easy questions correctly, in this case, it probably is not very hard to train the staff on differences between a normal doctor's visit and "same day clinic", what the "same day clinic" can do or not. 3. Customer service can be improved, instead of saying there is nothing we can do, providing patients a communication line to talk on the issue, and properly document them especially in situations have contexts like this are important.

My Mom was cared for by Dr Donthireddy and her team for 3 1/2 years. We absolutely adore “Henry”! Momma is still doing good. We had to change care 11/16/2023 because of the distance. mNSCLC MET exon14 skipping mutation. Dx 02/2020 Full brain radiation, then immunotherapy (Keytruda) currently on Tabrecta since 02/2021. Communication is key. Make sure to utilize the patient portal. Thank you to Dr Donthireddy and her team. You are all amazing! Also, thank you Dr Jayatalake aka Dr PJ. Momma loved having you for her primary care needs.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional front office staff and doctor (Dr. Kuet). They started a friend of mine on a new medication, and then didn’t answer requests to make a follow-up appointment or put any effort into making sure one was scheduled on their own behalf. Now they are refusing to refill that medication until her next appointment which turns out is weeks away from when she ran out, which is causing her to experience some serious withdrawal symptoms. No effort on their part to try and fix the situation or help her. It is not a medication you just stop taking, and they should know that! As an RN myself, it is absolutely ridiculous. Not a respectable doctor or office. Do not recommend at all.

I was billed a copay of $200 to see a primary doctor and had a bad experience with that doctor. He seemed disinterested in my needs, performed a cursory exam. and didn’t make eye contact. The discharge paperwork did not include a diagnosis or any care instructions, as in I was given pages that had only my name and vital signs. The $200 copay is more than would be required for an emergency department visit. A primary care copay is $20. My insurance paid $88 and I was billed $112. After disputing they now say I owe $61.50. Bad experience and customer service.
