Experienced bad service with doctors,- no immediate follow up from doctor after physicals- could not reach doctor on phone even after requesting call back- on top got scheduled for a followup on physicals thats done 5 months earlier, only to charge me for the visit

Waited till last minute to tell me my insurance isn't covering a check up even though I waited for 3 months for a appointment. Calling me at 7pm basically canceling my appointment the day before and me have no access to see a doctor after waiting this long because they work at the last possible minute at your inconvenience

I am extremely please with the pharmacy staff at the Columbus center. The pharmacist Nash is excellent, always helpful takes his time and goes the extra mile to help!!!
