Jack was super helpful when I went in there randomly looking for a gold chain. He didnt have anything specifically in stock but took my cell phone number for his wife Sophie to reach out. She texted me quickly with options, ordered a new chain and I went in the next day to pay and pick up. Talk about impressive service!
