I took my sisters ring in that I bought her as a gift while out of the country, that the sapphires fell out of. The owner went over options with me, showed me price differences at different quality stones, showed me the actual stones before doing the work to make sure it was what I wanted, and went over every detail with me. He was friendly, fast, AND efficient. Him and his wife provided amazing customer service (which is impossible to find anymore!).
