I had a non-urgent warranty repair. Made an appointment in advance for Monday at 8 am. Late that day I called for status and was told the technician couldn't look at it all day. Called Tuesday afternoon and was told a part had to be ordered. The part did not arrive on Wednesday. At least on Thursday the repair was made...

Joshua in the service department was not very helpful and a little sarcastic… took an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation….we will not be returning for service
