“I'll start off by saying I'm probably a little too old to shop here, but I needed a fun shirt for an outdoor wedding in a size small. A harder task than you would think. I tried the usual suspects, kohl's, Macy's, target,old navy, etc. Walked in here on a whim. A nice young guy (wish I remembered his name) helped me out immediately and found what I needed within a minute or 2.”
“We went to pick up an Etsy order from Palumba in person and had such a wonderful experience. I had been eyeing the shop for a long time and we finally splurged on the rotating bookshelf and the birthday candle ring. So excited to enjoy our lovely pieces for celebrations and everyday life! Judy and Clay were so helpful and kind. The shop is lovely with a playroom for kiddos and wonderful wood smell from their handcrafted items. We had a discount on local pickup and they reuse boxes. Palumba is across from the Plymouth Cultural Center, behind Transitions Landscaping. Bonus being a historical building of the Alter Motor Car Company. Shop local, natural, and beautiful!Update: The bookshelf assembly went well, with kiddos helping me. If anyone has a Nugget - the pyramid pillow is the perfect height to hold up the first side which is the tough part in the beginning. We gained triple the storage space (from the wagon we had been repurposing) and are using the bookcase as our Rooted in Language Pinwheels center as well as display for strewing/holidays etc.I can tuck the bookcase into the corner for more walking space in the kitchen, or pull it out a bit to allow the lazy susan to turn.The candle ring was perfect for our Yule celebration.Thanks again!All the best,The Stark Family”
“Had an issue with a product that was just past it's warranty. The manager Amanda Taylor took excellent care of me and provided me top notch service and professionalism. I showed an obvious defect in a product and they were able to exchange the item for a new one. This was 1990's service in the post-covid era. I highly recommend this store.”

“I love Lands' End! I especially love this store! I first shopped there last year. I bought a parka. It's such a great coat that I just purchased another one in a different color.Of course in between those purchases I bought some shirts, mock turtlenecks and a couple of pullovers for myself. During Christmas I purchased some things for family members. Like I said. I love Lands' End.In addition to the products they have a great salesforce. The employees make the store. The last time I came in the manager Deanna(sp)found my size in the backroom. We couldn't fid it on the racks. Alayna(sp) and Dustin were also very helpful during my past trips. There were others but I can't recall the names.Suffice to say I will keep shopping there and telling everyone I know about them.”
“It’s Amazing that this large store stays so clean and organized. Everything is sized which is hard thing to keep consistent. Everyone is helpful and seems to enjoy working there. I’m actually shocked at some of the reviews. I managed retail for over 10 years and I come here a lot. I’ve never had a bad experience and it’s impressive that it’s always well stocked, sized and the employees are great. Cashing out always seems to be a nightmare at most places and this one goes quick.”

“It's a thrift store for kids. I buy my items from the thrift store and I buy my kids clothes from here. The difference is, you can sell the clothes that your kid has outgrown. They are very organized. Everything is in order by size, so you don't have to go through a bunch of clothes trying to find the size you need. Kids grow too fast to try to buy everything brand new.”

“I had so much fun shopping in this store. I read a lot of harsh reviews and my reaction to them is people always think their used stuff is worth so much more than it is- I hear the same complaints about every higher end thrift store. As for staff being rude… I think it’s weird to have employees be in my business while I’m trying to shop. I also did a return and they weren’t rude about anything- usually returns aren’t even accepted at second hand stores. As for being dirty and over stocked- I LOVED that there was so much to search and look through. One of the negative reviews has pictures from the basement- the items down stairs were the clearance. I think people in Northville must be too spoiled:) also, the review about the kid peeing… omg! that is beyond rude, you should be embarrassed about that and not shaming the business-that is weird.”
