“Just wanted to share how my experience was with Betten used auto in Twinlake mi .Dave Green was the sales person that helped me find our new used Acadia. He was super friendly, upfront, and honest about everything from the start, which can be a rare quality these days he has gone above and beyond helping make sure, our new use vehicle is roadworthy with his mechanic and himself helping repair some things that needed to be done before we could get it and drive it on the road .While he was repairing our new used vehicle before We bought it.He let us test drive another vehicle from the lot so we had a vehicle to drive while our new use vehicle was getting repaired. That was very helpful because our old van died and was leaking oil and antifreeze so bad I couldn’t drive it back off the lot.so that was so much appreciated, and a great blessing for us in between my car breaking and us to get the new used one on the road and titled and everything. It was also at a very reasonable of cost. I would definitely recommend this place for buying a new used vehicle really good quality vehicle that we were able to buy at a honest price and great friendly customer service.”

“My daughter borrowed our Nissan to go to the Electric Forest festival in Rothbury, where she promptly lost the fob/smartkey. I was panicked but Jeremiah in parts was just the loveliest person and assured me that this happens to a bunch of festival-goers every year. He had the fob in stock and held it under my daughter's name so it wouldn't be sold to anyone else. As it turns out, my daughter found the fob under one of the tents when they were breaking down camp, so service wasn't needed, but I just wanted to give Jeremiah a shout out for exemplary customer service and making this worried mom and Nissan owner a little less worried!”

I bought a 2012 Chevrolet Cruze recently great miles & I took it to the shop to get looked at before I just start driving it because I have 2 kids & plus that's the smart thing to do. Long story short just minor issues got it fixed right away but overall a great buy.”
