Chase assisted me with everything taking almost 2 hours of his time to get me squared away while still assisting other customers at the same time. “Yesterday I went into the White Lake location I needed to buy a new phone. I was worried that I didn't have enough time to get a get a new phone because 8 mouths ago I got one and it took an hour and a half to get it. So I went into the store told Marissa my situation told her I had to be to work in less then an hour can u help me. Marissa had me done fully setup in 35 minutes. The customer service is amazing. “Excellent experience this evening. Had an iPhone 12 Pro Max to trade in. Both of the employees who helped us were very helpful. I had many questions and a couple complicated requests, everything was answered or fixed by the team. Ended up trading in the 12 for a 15 Pro Max, the team set up the new phone, put the screen and camera protectors on for me, and got my phone completely ready. I was able to use my phone as I walked out the door!Highly recommend this location!!PS- Bonus: if you need to wait for your data to be transferred or family to make a purchase they have a couple comfy chairs and direct tv set up. :)”

“I recently purchased a HDB8X for OTA Television. I am so pleased with the setup. The Antenna is manufactured sturdily built, simple to put together and Install. I was only receiving about 20 Channels with my previous setup. I also purchased a Winegard LNA-200 and Coax. Now I receive 73 Channels. I'm ecstatic, It's just put together on the tower not even erected to highest point. Wow!! Once the installation is raised and rotatable I expect I will get even more stations.”

“I decided to switch from AT&T because, after moving from the DC area to Michigan a few years ago, I found I rarely had more than one or bars in this area. The folks at this T-Mobile store helped me set up an app that gave me access to the T-Mobile network for a couple of months to test whether their network really was what I wanted. When I came back to make the switch, they answered all my questions and gave me a price that was 30% or more cheaper than AT&T (and with rebates for switching). It took some time to change over each of the lines (the kids are in different states), but we got it all done and no one has had any complaints. I’d be happy to go back and work with the Milford T-Mobile folks again.”
