“I originally ordered an HD8200XL to put in my attic. It was too big, so I called Solid Signal and talked with Molly about options. She consulted with their lead engineer and then recommended a Televes Dinova Boss Mix UHF/VHF Outdoor HD TV Antenna. This product has a much smaller footprint, but they both cautioned me that reception may be hindered since it was going to be installed in my attic.The result: super easy installation. In passive mode it gets fantastic reception. I am more than pleased with the performance of this product.The listening skills, understanding of my needs and general customer service experience were way above my expectations. They took the return of the HD8200XL without question and refunded the amount in less than 3 business days. Overall, an amazing experience. I would highly recommend this company and their products. Great quality on both fronts.”

“Needed to buy a band for my Apple Watch 45mm. I bought this watch (first Apple watch) this summer at a different location, but I got the Medium/Large size band and it is too big for my wrist. I didn't know that the bands came in different sizes and I just got the default size it came with.Ame helped me pick a band out and she explained a lot of Apple Watch's newest features to me, and showed me how to take on/off the band. Ame and I had a great conversation and to be honest I really liked Ame's energy. It was like hanging out with an old friend instead of a sales associate. “At first I was prepared to wait in long line and face slow service based on other negative reviews. However, it was a raining day today, I got there at about 10:15. The store has about 10 kiosks, 3-4 staff and only one customer in front me. Dan processed the exchange of my toasted modem in 2 min while I was in a conference call. Only needed my phone number. I was pleasantly surprised about how quick the entire process was, no questions, no testing, no id, straight to the point.”
