“Price can be high, but the quality is worth it. You literally pay for what you get, and in this instance it is expertise. I wouldn’t bring my vehicle anywhere else. Mark knows his stuff, and works hard to make sure everything is perfect. The wait time can be a little long, depending on what your vehicle is in for but the wait is worth it! Mark is very busy and as the lady on the phone said “sometimes there is emergencies that come up, but they are working hard to get to your vehicle next””

“Was told that I had a leak in my transmission ( from garage that did oil change). Made appointment here and after they fully inspected my car was told transmission was fine and not leaking. They continued to check my car for the leak. They found it and showed me what the problem was. They were awesome. Would suggest that if you have transmission issues go see them.”

“Even though I know Joe, my review has nothing to do with that fact. I expect work to be completed without returns because of bad workmanship. I usually do my own repairs because of some really bad service shops in Muskegon.
I've had several vehicle's in to Joe's. Both times I had no issues with the work.
First, my Jeep Wrangler blew the transmission line in January's snow storm. Sent it to Joe's. They reviewed the problem and text me the cost of repairs. (I really don't like being txt on service). Gave them the go-ahead. I thought the trans was wasted but Joe said it was good. Good call , drove to Traverse 3x, Chicago 2x, Petosky 2x. Still 100%
Second, Wrangler had front tie rods replaced. Gave me a complete review of other found issues. Had just rods replaced. Need to bring in to have O2 sensor replaced.
Third, 06 Mustang had rattles in the front end. Joe reviewed the problem and text the issue to me. A problem with the txt was bad so I stopped by. The girls were super nice and apologized for the problem.
They fixed it in a reasonably amount of time. The cost was scary but thats because of the Joe Biden effect (high product cost). (Fool of a president).
I have a 91 Ford Probe that needs a little service before it goes to a car show. I do have another guy that usually services my Bronco. Does a great job and sometimes doesn't charge me or a small amount due.
Not sure who gets the Probe repairs, HAS to be right the first time.
Joe has a great office crew, professional in my opinion.”
