Be careful getting a vehicle from here. They led me on for days saying the vehicle was set aside since I was waiting on both them and the bank to finish paperwork. Low and behold they already sold the car and I guess just felt like taking up more of my time. Absolutely disgusting that their honesty is that far gone.

Not female friendly. They wouldn't allow me to take a used vehicle home and have it inspected by an independent technician, and assured me that their techs looked over the car and assured that it is free of repairs. So I bought it. There is almost $8K in repairs it needs and the motor mounts are bad and that can't be fixed. I found the previous owners and they said they told Toyota everything that is wrong with it, and Toyota told them it doesn't matter; they just make sure that the car is safe leaving the lot and don't care about other features that need repaired. I paid top dollar for it here. Don't listen to them when they say they make sure their used cars are in tip top shape for their customers; they make sure it's safe enough to leave the lot and that's it, and make sure you pay top dollar.

I told them I only wanted my bank to pull my credit, as there is no reason for them to pull it because I'm not using their financial resources. They pulled it anyway, now I have 2 hard inquiries on my credit that decreased my score by 26 points for the next 2 years, just so they could look at me for absolutely no reason.

Bait and switch pricing scheme on the website for a Toyota Tunda Platinum edition. Listed "SmartPrice" for $61,000 and when called they informed me that price was actually $71,000 and that they would not honor the listed price. Continues to be advertised a week later.

Absolutely loved this place. Those people are all very kind and helpful. I have never been taking care of that good while waiting for my car to get a simple recall service done. Good people,Good atmosphere, there for the customers was even happy. I was telling my granddaughter about my time there and she asked if we could just go visit them without needing service work on my car. Lol

We have been coming here for car service since about 2018, and we always have had positive experiences! Another great experience a week ago, my father brought his car in because his keys dropped between the driver's seat and the pillar, and got stuck there. Jacob helped him retrieve the keys right away and my dad tried to tip him but he would not take it. He said that Jacob was so nice and helped him right away! He is very appreciative- such a simple thing, but another great person at Toyota of Muskegon!

Our experience has been nothing but a hassle and extremely frustrating since the very beginning. We waited a long time for our Tacoma (which we know is not the dealerships fault- 2021 was a wild time for brand new cars) we were notified what day our truck would be there and the day it arrived (our salesman was “not in that day”) it was sold to someone else- we were never called to be told it was in! Not sure how that can happen when we signed forms. So we had to wait even longer for a different truck. We were placed with the worst leasing company (with the credit score it doesn’t make sense-obviously we had no idea then., I’m sure the salesman Shadrick got a better kickback going through Ally tho. Our fault for not doing our due diligence and not just trusting the salesman.) I had to bring it in to be serviced to have the protection coating or whatever done to it. Was told they would have a loaner for me. So I drove with my 2 little kids from Fremont just to be told the person with the loaner I was supposed to have didn’t bring it back and oh well the only thing they could do was drive us back home. I planned things to do off the basis of having a loaner! We are now nearing our lease end term and a Logan reached out to us to go over our options at the end. When we called back a short time later he was no longer working there. So a Morgan said she would help us and asked us if we could be there Tuesday at 9:30am. We once again drive all the way from Fremont for her to not be there! Everything about this dealership has been so unprofessional. We would never recommend someone to My auto, awful experience.

First time getting work done at this location. Brought my Highlander in for regular scheduled service and they went above and beyond, giving me a shuttle to and from my house despite me living outside of that 15 mile radius listed. They also were prompt in communication for any issues that came up, and even washed my car for no additional charge. Great service overall, and special shoutout to their shuttle driver!
