“The entire crew was amazing from start to finish. It did take a little more than a month a half for everything to be done but this was also during the holidays, so was to be expected. They truly went above + beyond when I picked up a freshly cleaned car first thing in the morning and was only expecting to pick up a fixed car. My uncle, who is a mechanic, suggested that West Michigan Auto Body would be his first choice after I hit a deer and completely ruined the front of my car. “3rd party experience only, gotten many a product from here for all various types of projects, and know that even though I haven't personally been in the shop, they're the people/place to go to around here for seriously...anything...battery. Because if it's not on hand(but usually is) they will get it quick, like 24 max 48 hrs. Everyone I know who did do the actual in person impromptu walk ins, their customer service is retold as usually impeccable, and casual. Support local biz too right?”

“They are friendly and professional and stand by their products. A dealership said I needed new windshield wipers at a service check up. I had recently purchased new windshield wiper blades from this store and they rechecked my wiper blades and there’s nothing wrong with them at all. Hmmm, I really don’t care for dealerships that try to swindle an extra more expensive unnecessary service. Shame on them and thank you to my favorite local auto parts store for their honesty.”

“The best place for parts in town. Usually the lowest prices and usually have the parts you need in stock, even uncommon parts no one else keeps in stock. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I'm online trying to find a part and there is no option for vehicle make/model or part you need. Todd and the crew are great, they are helpful, knowledgeable and offer helpful tips to aide in your repairs. Fortunately I haven't been in for parts in awhile, but unfortunately I need to now and I'm unable to check the availability and price online so I'll have to stop in. The website could be down for updates or something? Maybe it's not user friendly? But I recommend you give them a call and compare the price, quality, and warranty on your next project? You might be surprised and you won't find friendlier service anywhere in town than you will there. Before the web this store would have gotten A++ rating, it is Worthy of 5+ stars.. You'll agree if you give them a call ...”
