“Had a wonderful experience here recently. You can always tell when people have truly studied their craft and folks like Jake are a prime example. I told him the situation I was in (which was not a good one) and he walked me through a few different solutions and made sure of how each option would effect my bill, all with a smile on his face. I had minimal money to work with at the time and desperately needed a phone. While I don't know how exactly he made it happen, he made sure I walked out with everything I need with what little I had on me. An absolute bang for buck. Jake is a true professional! Get that man a raise!”
