Josh and the guys are great! They were quick, efficient, and very thorough. They checked and double-checked to make sure tools and rags were removed. They also double-checked to see that everything was tightened and filled appropriately. But most of all.... They were polite, curtious, and respectful to me and each other. “Did exactly as I asked them.Had a brake job done front and rear. New pads and new rotors. They suggested oil change and new air filter needed. They Honored their discount coupon that came in the mail with the work done. Also rotated my tires for n/c since they were coming off anyway. Also gave me a courtesy ride home when I dropped my car off! Better than a dealership servicing it. Car was delivered when promised! I will use them again when needed! This is Highland 's hidden auto repair gem. Owner Jason,Called me later that day to make sure the mechanical work was done OK. Who does that anymore? Highly recommend. “Huge shout out again for Downtown Garage. I've gone there over 5 years and each time they are courteous, professional, friendly and very reliable. Came back from vacation, my transmission cable snapped. Had it towed to Downtown garage and back to driving it the next afternoon. Good as new! Love that place and highly recommend it. Plus you get to pet the friendliest dog in town!”
