He was very cordial and friendly and told us to take our time and look around, if we had any questions he was available. He checked on us a few times which was helpful as we did have questions. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the furniture. We made our selection and he took care of everything even providing his number for a further questions or concerns.
