“I went into Flexx oil change today. Ray was my person of contact. It had been a while since I had been there because I found an oil change place closer. Never had a bad experience there just another place was right by my office and more convenient.. He popped the hood and checked my oil. He said sir your oil is fine. You have another 3000 miles left at least on the last oil change. Apparently the last place did not change my reading on the computer back to 100%. Well even though it may take a few more minutes to get there I will most certainly will be going there from now on. Thank you Ray for the honesty and service. He even topped everything off and checked the tires free of charge.”
“I may have already left a 5 star review the last time I had an oil change here but they’re that good that I’ll happily leave another. Moe took care of me today and he was amazing! He was fast, friendly, got me in and out within 10 minutes and with a smile. As long as I live in the area, I will get my oil changes done here. Honestly, even if I ever move someday, I’ll probably go out of my way to come here. Their customer service is that great. Thanks, guys!”

“Old man speech coming...I've frequented that very self wash since the early 80s'. Back when some friends parents owned it in high school and have never went elsewhere. All good...until they (very recently!) changed their hoses and wands. Poor choice, regardless the fiscal rewards. The "High Pressure" rinse/wash settings merely use that term as a best case outcome which they know they'll never obtain. No matter, pride and stubbornness won't let me go anywhere else.On a lighter note, it's hands down the best location of all self wash bays in town. Even with it's now much beleaguered pressure levels,the place still ranks higher, in my opinion, than any others in town.”

“Coming through out of town and needed a wash! It’s an auto wash but they have two men doing a pre-spray and it was so thorough! You can tell they care and are really wanting to give great service. Then there is a man to dry off at the end! So many places like this you find half hearted workers that could care less- but not here!! Who ever is managing this place is hiring great people! Thanks so much! This was a refreshing experience in a day and age where hard working service workers are rare!”
“Great business strategy. A true hybrid car wash methodology where automated machine wash however in person look into the details and they do that dry towel wipe as well. I like their vacuum systems area as well as they are cleaning equipment, wiping equipment and cleaning sprays free of charge the membership is truly a great value for money. I can see the expandinga lot lately is because they’re great car wash service and good products
They also have interior membership or one one time, but not all the locations have interior so when I need interior wash, I go to West Bloomfield or Royal Oak just for exterior wash. You can pretty much go anywhere nearby. You’ll find a Jax”

“Open 24/7 nice and clean. They also have a EV charging station. This has diesel ⛽ but no truck parking in the lot. Great place for your morning coffee, and they have many snacks choices. Free air for your tires, they also have a oil change service. The lighting in the lot is great too.”

“I have seen this particular car wash location change hands a couple of times. My daughter even worked there for a short time at one summer and had a nice experience. I am happy to see that this location has installed automated cashier machines so choosing your car wash is a pretty simple deal, but there is always an attendance standing by in case you have trouble”
“This car wash is conveniently located and does a decent job cleaning my cars. It's a bit expensive, especially for the top level wash, and it doesn't always get all of the dirt and grime off, but it's not bad for an automatic car wash.”
“Stellar car wash. Out does the rest in the area by far. My car is always prime when I leave here. Staff is super friendly and helpful when needed. Free vacuums to remove my kids messes. Detail items available to really clean the car. I’d rather detail it myself because I know the job will get done. Great wash!”

“The guy that was there the day I went was very kind and observant. He must've seen me move from one shampooer over to the other shampooer bc the one I was at was not working properly. But then that one started doing the same. Before I knew it he was right there asking if everything was okay. I explained what had happened and he fixed the issue. It just needed more soap and all was good. He even put in a few dollars into the machine. Oh and the prices were great. I'll be cleaning my car there from now on.. Thanks for being fairly priced while the rest of the world uses inflation to their advantages”
“I come here weekly because it’s the best quality car wash I’ve been to in SE Michigan. Prices are better than nearby touch-less washes and my cars actually clean afterwards. You can also tell the owners have pride in their business.”

“The vacuum was good, although there are no attachments so it's hard to get into cracks and edges. The vacuum is $1 for 3 minutes (quarters only). I vacuumed my driver's and passenger seats for $2 (6 minutes, 8 quarters). The self wash is decent too.”
