I prefer to use my quarters however the payment by card is an option as well. $3.50 per transaction …shows up as $10.00 but within an hour or so card is actually only charged the $3.50. It’s a bank thing.I prefer this to the drive thru washes.?. Big thumbs up!”

“Sometimes the best way to find out about a business is when you have an issue. During a recent visit, I had an issue, and I reported it to the office. While the manager was not in at that time, he called me back the next morning when he arrived at work, and we scheduled a time to meet to discuss my concerns. When I stopped to see him, he was very professional, courteous and showed genuine concern for my situation. We determined a resolution on the spot, and I walked away a very pleased customer. I buy the monthly pass for both of my cars, and I will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. It seems like "customer service" is rare these days, but Joe from Futuristic proved it is alive and well!”

“Open 24/7 nice and clean. They also have a EV charging station. This has diesel ⛽ but no truck parking in the lot. Great place for your morning coffee, and they have many snacks choices. Free air for your tires, they also have a oil change service. The lighting in the lot is great too.”

“Used to love this place. I would pre-pay. I'd buy 10 car washes, they'd give me 11. The savings was so significant I could afford to give the employees bigger tips ( usually 5 to 10 dollars). Today I gave him $5 and he said it wasn't enough. The car wasn't even dirty but he remembered I gave $6 last time I was there when the car needed to be washed. I won't be going back. I don't need to be hassled by a carwash attendant.”

“Stellar car wash. Out does the rest in the area by far. My car is always prime when I leave here. Staff is super friendly and helpful when needed. Free vacuums to remove my kids messes. Detail items available to really clean the car. I’d rather detail it myself because I know the job will get done. Great wash!”

“The guy that was there the day I went was very kind and observant. He must've seen me move from one shampooer over to the other shampooer bc the one I was at was not working properly. But then that one started doing the same. Before I knew it he was right there asking if everything was okay. I explained what had happened and he fixed the issue. It just needed more soap and all was good. He even put in a few dollars into the machine. Oh and the prices were great. I'll be cleaning my car there from now on.. Thanks for being fairly priced while the rest of the world uses inflation to their advantages”

“I wish I'd gotten the mans name who was working when I came in but he is always fantastic. He puts real elbow grease into spraying your car down and I've never had any other car wash care or put that much effort in. Most places do the bare minimum of what's required but this guy really went above and beyond. I didn't catch his name but I came in on Monday, Sept. 11th at 5:30. I hope he gets some credit he truly deserves it!”
