“Updated on 2/9/24: They did reach out to me and work to resolve the issue, I do appreciate them addressing it. I do hope they can come up with a better system for checking insurance or just not ask for it every year.I have never had a credit union harass me for proof of insurance every year for a vehicle loan like this place does. And they have a horrible online system for the proof of insurance, it takes several iterations of uploading exactly what they ask for before they finally process the proof of insurance. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else! I am refinancing to get away from this place as soon as interest rates are reasonable again.”

“I remember switching over to cp Federal years ago when they were located in Pamada long time ago. Not once have I ever felt stolen from or screwed over unlike other credit unions and banks in town. I'm so glad they moved to the new location where Bank of America used to be cuz now they have a much better atm and you dont even gotta get out of your car no more.”
“The new drive thru atms are fine, as long as your card can be read by them. Cp's chips on their cards don't work half the time you use them and their own atms at their bank don't read them. There was a line inside the bank because no one wanted to use the atms in the drive thru. I waited only like 10 mins just to despoist some money because the at wouldn't read my chip on my debit card so it wasn't too bad.”

They refi'd Mt car at a much better rate, when my husband asked for an auto loan and explained we are trying to build his credit for a home purchase he was approved for an auto as well as a credit card that we hadn't even asked for to help with credit building! The fraud dept is very much on top of suspicious card activity and work very quickly to dispute and shut down unauthorized charges. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Ally is one of my favorites! Always so patient and kind, explains things very well, and stays professional at all times! We are very pleased with BlueOx and highly recommend them!”
