Some employees here are stellar for certain, but overall they are less and less friendly for business. Literally creating problems for members and not solving simple problems. Sorry guys, it used to be better.

Overall I have had good experiences with TRUE - However I have been on hold for over half hour two days in a row just to talk to a customer service representative..... experiencing high call volume is not a fun thing to hear every 30 seconds.....
