Took a Stihl chainsaw to them for repair. They told me they did know how to fix it. They told me I owed them $125 for the diagnosis. Then they told me they would take my saw and $85 for the diagnosis. I just walked away without paying. They can have my saw. Told them to sue me.

I went in with my string trimmer to get a quote for a repair, and a nice employee fixed it for me on the spot for free. Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable!
