My car was stuck in some pretty nasty mud, and Becky was there every step of the way to help in getting a truck out to me and working with my insurance for full coverage! The truck driver, Will, was also incredibly kind, efficient, and informed me of everything he was doing/planning to do. I felt like I was in very good hands throughout the entire process - I can’t recommend Manchester enough!!”

“I only have experience with the service center so far, but I'm impressed! I've gotten oil changes, tire rotations, service checks, battery changes, and recall fixes on my truck all throughout multiple visits and have no complaints. They are quick to get you scheduled, and stick to your appointment times. I've never felt like they've tried to up-sell me a product because I am a female, which I have experienced at a couple other dealerships. Any time there were unexpected costs, they made sure to check with me before performing the work. I've never waited more than an hour between check in and my truck being ready to go. This will be my first stop next time I'm in the market for a new or used vehicle, I hope their sales department is just as great.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Hastings Performance. It is very rare in today’s world to get the customer service Shelby and Ryan offer. They both went above and beyond to work with my insurance company to insure my truck was fixed correctly all the while providing me detailed updates. Hopefully I won’t need anymore service soon but if so, HP is the only place I would take my truck.”
