“Recently had my Ram in for hail damage and had a large dent on the passenger door pulled and painted. I was skeptical with the passenger door dent repair because the truck is 11 years old and getting a paint match on bright red paint is difficult. They did an excellent job pulling, paint matching, and blending. They also went above and beyond and got other dents out that I didn’t think would be covered when doing the hail repair. Truck looks better than when I bought it. I now park on the empty side of parking lots to avoid door dings.”

I don’t think I sat down for more than 2 minutes. They had popped it back into place and wouldn’t even let me pay. Such a nice gesture and great customer service. “Amazing! Went for initial estimate and they were real upfront and honest and seemed to be about saving us money. Got a couple other estimates other places but this was the lowest estimate so went with them, payed for parts and waited until they were all in to get work done. Dropped off on Wednesday late morning, picked up Saturday morning but was done Friday afternoon. Price never went up either! The Dorman Brand which included a factory drilled and tapped and installed to a non-leaking torque spec! (Which GM in their penny wise and dollar foolish design omitted!) Autozone rocked my day in a beautiful way. Thank you Autozone for coming thru right when I needed it. Oh and by the way the OEM part had to be ordered no matter where I tryed to get it and wait days for double the price!”

“It was good except for the guy at the cashier who went immediately to his phone when he finished checking out one customer with 2 more waiting in line. He had to be told take care of customers first. When he went to look for a wiper for me he pulled his phone back out when he knew I wasn't looking. He's probably one of the ones texting and driving out there too.”

“I brought my 20 year old SUV (in good condition) in after some minor collision damage. Most shops didn't want to touch it, because the damage was to the quarter panel and there was some small rust issues. It took a minute for Rick to figure out the best way to get the collision damage fixed with my insurance company and to also address the rust. Rick did a great job doing so. Having experience in body work myself, I was completely satisfied with Rick's options. I took a fine tooth comb to the completed work and I know that his guys did the right stuff. Rick and I discussed the age of my SUV and we both had an understanding that it could pop out rust anywhere in the near future. It's something you have to understand when dealing with an older vehicle. I received my truck back and I was satisfied with the work that JM did. I even discussed having this shop do additional work for me in the future. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a body shop with integrity and does great work.Steve”

“I found them on marketplace, as I was looking for a low cost body shop. I had a small front end job on my minivan and at the same time I needed a rear hatch and bumper for my Escape. Steve there told me to get a hatch , which I did from the junkyard for only $65 and he ordered me an aftermarket rear bumper for super cheap. I took them up and he painted them when he fixed my van.He did great work on my van and the escape turned out great. I am blessed to be able to bolt on the hatch and bumper myself, saving me lots of $$$.Steve there was busy and had lots of cars that he was working on, some very nice ones. I do recommend them when shopping around for a body shop. Remember, this is a body shop and he is a body repair person.Service: Painting”
