Horrible apparently there are no stores to talk to someone face to face and I spent several hours on phone trying to 11 days to get resolved about 31 hours of my time .
Although our payment centers will be closed to the public, we will continue to process payments and returned equipment via our on-site payment and equipment drop-boxes.
