“Great location, the guys there are super friendly, however reading their advertisement about high speed data in over 215 countries is actually false advertisement because there are not even 215 countries, moreless over 215 countries, most people don't know these things but there are 195 countries so why not just say that from the beginning ? come on t-mobile you really should fix the false advertisement signage! “I never had much problems with AT&T, but I’ve never been satisfied with the reception at my house. I’ve always kind of just accepted it. It’s just kind of weird because overall reception is decent and reliable but in just like my own street, I can’t get a signal for anything as of this post. Verizon is holding a trade in smart phone deal for a brand new iPhone so my wife and I went there on a whim Because Verizon‘s website is very hard to understand when it comes to plans and pricing. We had the pleasure to meet with Cameron who did an excellent job at explaining in detail how all the plans and pricing works. Additionally I ask a lot of questions and he was able to answer all of them beyond my expectations. He made the transition easy. Oh yeah, so Verizon works way better at my house and ultra wide band is kinda mind blowing. We traded in our old phones and got newest models for free!! We had to pick the top tier plan but it’s the same price as att. Thanks again Cameron for being so pleasant and helping us get new phones :)”
“We are long time customers in southeast Michigan. We called tonight after receiving a flyer with much better prices than what we were currently paying. We spoke with Arlene and the Christian. They were both very nice and trying to help. We were able to get a better rate , thanked them and ended the call.Then our Internet stopped working. So we called back, spoke with Jimmy, who gave us attitude. We were put on hold, so we hung up and called back. After a few minutes, Jun was able to help us. He reset something and then our router was working and the speed is much better again.If the speed stays at this level, then I will raise this to 5 stars.”
