Worked with manager for 2 hours, trying to be able to get back on with Verizon Up. Finally heard that it's being sent to troubleshooters & they would call me. Manager Tom was very professional and pleasant the entire time.
Minor annoyance that you can't call the store to see what they have in stock - all phones were rerouted to a different state. In store they just said that their phones weren't ringing and they did not know that somebody in another state was answering them
Don't let you come in. Mask Nazis make ya stand outside in the cold, or sit in your car, even if you have a medical condition. Sent my new phone to wrong address. Normally better.
