“Absolutely love it! I looked forever for a class for my son and we have been here two times and he cannot stop talking about it. The viewing area is great, it allows for me watch him while not being crowded with the other parents. The front desk has been super helpful and the instructor is patient with him since he struggles to focus at times. Their website is updated and what convinced me to sign on was that they have boy groups. It’s hard to find gymnastics places that also mention boys.”

“I had my wedding at The Rust Belt in December 2023 and I have nothing but amazing things to say. First of all Julie is the best! She is quick to respond to emails and was so accommodating and answered all my questions in a timely fashion. The wedding itself was amazing from the cocktail hour to the ceremony to the reception! The bar staff was great and the venue looked incredible. I would recommend The Rust Belt over and over again and I hope to attend a wedding here in the future so I can be a guest.”

“Went there for NYE with other couples.Great staff, very friendly and helpful.Appetizers were excellent and a wide variety to choose from. Steak was cooked properly, well seasoned and served hot. Carrots unfortunately was a hit and miss. Mostly uncooked, the ones that were tasted great. Red skin smashed potatoes were also really good.Place was clean and very well maintained. Plenty of parking and well lit.Only real issue was people being allowed to smoke in the vestibule which filled the hallway with smoke and you could smell it throughout the hall.Will definitely be back for another event.”

The staff... treat you like family and will do whatever it takes to get you to smile. The rooms... the room I was in seated over a hundred and there was tons of room to spare with everything going on you are not squeezed in like other places I have been. “Nice monthly Smooth Easy monthly dance.Nice music and DJ Rod most of the time. One major complaint is no paper towel or hand dryer in the women’s restroom outdated restroom downstairs. It might be different upstairs. Large basement-like party downstairs. Mature (safe) crowd and mostly street parking due to small lot. Limited soul food menu $15-$20 for a short period of time. “What you'd expect, locals. Friendly people and service. Don't park there if you aren't a member they will yow your car. Good prices. Shuffleboard, darts, kareoke, trivia nights. Rent for parties. They organize events. Do charity events, and support the local area. Great organization. Interior could use a little sprucing up, but kinda goes with the feel you'd expect.”

They seemed very frustrated and were very direct when I received their call at work. It will not stop me from coming back to Blumz as I just took it the person was having a bad day and we all do. Just a little more politeness would be much appreciated from your Southfield location. I normally work directly through your Ferndale location.”

A big hit was the exceptional food, including a three portion appetizer, the famous rolatta d’Abruzzo pasta, filet entree, and a surprise specialty dessert.
