“The store was amazing Nic, Shay and Mya were amazing helping us and making sure we felt at home especially since we were bringing over so many phones. It was a process, but Nic handled it and made sure everything went smooth and getting us set-up. Shay the Manager and Mya were awesome talking to us while Nic was handling the account all while they were assisting other customers in the store. The best AT&T store I have been in by far. Keep this staff in place as they all had smiles and were very patient. Thank you Shay, Nic and Mya.”

“I went in to see if we could add another member to our family plan, we were meet with very helpful sales associates. Once our associate Jalen M. pulled up our account information he provided us with the promotions that for a new line which was we could get a phone with a large discount.
We did take a good deal of time reviewing the different phone options and playing with the devices. We were never rushed, and when it came time to swap my friend over he noticed another promotion for our plan which was BOGO for a line, meaning a secondary new line would be free of charge. I think Jalen did an excellent job and I just wanted to commend him on his excellent customer service. Thanks again!”

“My phone the S22 was very broken and I was worried I would have to spend so much money to either get it fixed or to trade it in. The worker at this location, John. Is a god send. He helped me with all of it and I only ended up spending $60 instead of the $288 that I would have to to fix it or if i had gone to a diffrent store. Thank you so much to John and this store. This will be the only one I go to from now on.”
