“Jack (guy with the glasses) is the man! 100% Amazing service. He was knowledgeable on all phones and services. I came in with my old phone and stopped working. Jack showed the selection of phones and explained the difference between each and every single one of them. Once I made my selection on the phone, the rest was smooth sailing from there! He also threw a great bundle deal on case and screen protectors. He also transferred all my contacts from my previous phone to my new one. I am very satisfied with the service. Any time you stop in 5800 Caniff street, look for the guy with glasses! :)”
“Metro Wireless did a great job replacing my old POTS lines with their “POTS in a Box” replacement. I used them for my elevator lines, security alarm lines, and other call boxes throughout my campus. Their support team is great as well. Would recommend them to colleagues in need of a POTS replacement solution.”

“I was switching over from an 11pro to a 15pro and Lance was my representative. I’m not from the area and walked in about a hour before the store closed and Lance stayed a few minutes after 8pm for the phones to finish transferring data so I was able to GPS home. I was so appreciative! Throughout the process he answered all my questions and I was able to get a Free Apple Watch by updating my plan. Definitely will return to this store if I need anything else.”

“We had a wonderful experience at this T-Mobile location. We wanted to upgrade my wife's phone and she was very nervous about losing her data. Dylan was patient, confident, and extremely knowledgeable!!! We hit a snag during the process but Dylan calmly worked through it and EVERYTHING worked. He went beyond normal expected customer service!!! OH...did I mention he reviewed my plan and found ways to improve our service and net cost will save us money!! We will go out of our way to drive to this location specifically because of Dylans customer service”

“Thankfully they had the phone in stock that I wanted. I went to 4 stores before this location. Professionalism is important. The young lady was on her ear bud talking to someone while with me. She got everything I needed BUT her coworker went in the back and grabbed another case option which I loved and purchased. Then this same coworker told her to look up some deals for me which took almost 40 bucks off. Grateful to her. So yeah, tighten up. But I got what I wanted. Thank you.”

“I was in a situation where I was a crime victim, and my iPhone was stolen. I went into the T-Mobile store with an old phone, and the associate was so kind and caring. He put a new SIM card in my old phone, and that made that phone operational with the number from the stolen phone. He also, made sure I knew what to do to have the phone remotely erased and identified as a lost-or-stolen phone with my Apple account. His help didn't cost me a single penny, and all he wanted to do was make sure I had an operational phone, and that the stolen phone was properly reported so it would be of no use to the person that stole it. A couple days later they helped me into a new iPhone, restoring my old backup (thank goodness for backups). My thanks to the associate "Wisam M." who provided immediate assistance and help, and the entire T-Mobile team for their continued assistance!!!”

“T-Mobile is the carrier for the masses. It all depends on what store and what employees at that store you encounter. Some are very knowledgeable while others just try to sell, sell, sell and things may not be the best product for you. If something doesn’t feel right or you haven’t really looked over the terms of a contract DON’T SIGN.”

“By the time I ran several errands, hauling my walker and self in and out of my car, I was wiped out. But, I needed to return equipment left over after a move to this area. Bianca actually came out to my car to see if she could help. She did more than I knew I needed. I hadn't realized that starting in a new address actually opened up a second account. My old address was still active. She dealt with closing that AND accepting the equipment....all while standing outside my car and going in and out of the store with me staying in the car. She made my day so much easier, physically, doing so with a smile and a caring heart. Visiting a Comcast store isn't always easy (even with helpful people in the past), but she made the location 5-star!”
“Very helpful and courteous staff. Our last visit (9/23) was with Caitlyn, who was so helpful and patient with us. She was extremely knowledgeable about the current deals available and how to arrange our product and service orders to get the best value. She took extra time to check availability of devices at other nearby stores and presented several options for payment and financing. This is a busy corporate location so be sure to make an appointment online before you go or you are likely to have a long wait. By far our preferred location to deal with.”

“We are long time customers in southeast Michigan. We called tonight after receiving a flyer with much better prices than what we were currently paying. We spoke with Arlene and the Christian. They were both very nice and trying to help. We were able to get a better rate , thanked them and ended the call.Then our Internet stopped working. So we called back, spoke with Jimmy, who gave us attitude. We were put on hold, so we hung up and called back. After a few minutes, Jun was able to help us. He reset something and then our router was working and the speed is much better again.If the speed stays at this level, then I will raise this to 5 stars.”
