“On Monday I went to ask about the 4 tires for my car, they ordered them and within an hour they called me that I could go and install them, in 1 hour my car was ready, they changed the 4 air valves and the TPMS continued to work correctly , very grateful to the guys who did the work and I think Jake took care of me, his attitude was excellent (sorry if I remember his name wrong) but they are very professional, I 100% recommend this store, thank you very much”

“The team at Tiremaxx is wonderful! I called them this morning in a bind. My Honda Civic had a hole in the tire and I had somewhere to be. After calling several tire shops, nobody could fit me in. I called Tiremaxx not realizing it’s an industrial shop (whoops), but they said they’d help me anyway! The man at the front desk was so friendly and the gentleman who fixed my tire was very efficient. I was in, out and on my way with a fixed tire in a half an hour. 10/10 would recommend.Thanks Tiremaxx!!!”
“Had my card service today, which I thought was the brake light and turned out it was a tire sensor light. They were able to get my car in and out Quickly, Sam was so nice I will be going back to have my oil changed there highly recommend these guys”
“I ended up with 4 flat tires the night before I had to go out of town for my daughters volleyball tournament. I went to see DJ Guth at your Livonia, Michigan location where he informed me that my warranty would cover the tires and he had them all in stock. I had to have the car towed there but was unable to pick up the car before I left for Orlando (even though he expedited the job as best he could). However DJ took great care of the car. He would pull it in the garage every night for the week I was gone. Customer service like that is hard to come by and I’m thankful for his patience and consideration

“I don't usually leave good reviews, but this one is a must. Mike, one of the mechanics found out quick the issues with my car, a bad control arm, that other 3 shops couldn't diagnose. One of the wheels was wobbling and I went two 3 shops and they all said it's because of the tire which was worn up on one side. No one actually diagnosed for me that the uneven wear comes from a loose mechanical important safe keeping part that could've put me or someone else in danger. Also, Chris worked out a finance deal for me for 6 months where I don't have to break the bank right away. All in all, amazing experience.”
